bought this in February just installed today put in new well and had to wait on plumbing to be hooked up to new master bath had a problem getting it on come to find out hot water wasn’t turned on at hot water tank I guess you need both hot and cold to work otherwise all is great haven’t used it yet will get back to you when I have actually used it but it looks great and did I mention customer service was great sent e-mail and within the hour had a response with suggestions so courteous too so far so good like I said I will post how it works hopefully by tonite or tomorrow may upgrade my star rating if it works as well as I hope fingers crossed well husband and I both tried out the shower the rainfall and handheld are excellent however the jets leave a lot to be desired I was hoping for more oomph and it did not deliver but I will probably look to upgrade down the road to one with more power in the jets as that is why I bought a shower tower in the 1st place I probably would not have bought this had I known how lackluster the jets were oh well like I said handheld and rain shower is nice spout on tub filler is too short and hits the seat on that side of shower as I have a 4 foot wide shower with dble seating but it looks impressive and again customer service was great

Does anyone know where I can buy parts for this unit? I need a website and phone number. This unit has a problem with the temperature guage. If you use the temperature guage with water it makes a lot of banging noise and breaks. There are quite a few people on here with the same problem. This part can be replaced but I need to know where to buy.

Only two complaints:
1. The body jets work top 4 and bottom 4 not all 8 together. (All functions work independently to ensure proper water pressure)
2. Water temp read out is only in Celsius and can’t be changed to Fahrenheit. However the color changes to let you know temp if you don’t know the difference.

This is a preliminary review, but if the install goes smoothly (hiring a professional, so it should), then I will upgrade this to 5 stars. I took it out of the box today and the quality of this thing is amazing. Someone spent a lot of effort to make this look nice. The material appears to be top quality.
My only initial feedback is that the instructions are very limited. For instance, there is no mention of needing to install batteries for the readout, or where to install them. I thought the sensor might have been broken, but then I saw the wires leading down to the bottom of the unit and found the battery drawer.
Also, be careful when unpacking because some of the little rubber feet on the base of the unit might come off. I found one and put it back where it was supposed to go (it just plugs into place).
I will update on Thursday after the install.
Update: a reputable plumber came to the house and was very impressed with this panel (in fact he is going to go on Amazon and look into these for his house). It is not connected yet since to set this up correctly he is going to have to remove some of the tiles and dish soap holder to mount this thing on actual blocks and ensure all the connections are on the outside of the wall and the wall is water tight. This is in case if something ever goes wrong with the panel, it won’t damage the wall. We will then have to get someone to come out and redo the tile around the new connections. Finally, he will return and connect and hang the panel, and caulk around it. Since Thanksgiving is coming up, we will be waiting until the week after to start this project. Upgrading to 5 based on his feedback on what he thought of the panel though.

For a shower that hangs on the wall it is great. Nice square shower head with lost of holes. Good temperature read out control.The four lower midsection shower heads are good, but the water flow out is just average.
For the price, you can’t beat it and the blue color is attractive.

Unit was promptly shipped and arrived quickly. Well packaged. Installed easily. Looks very good on wall and works perfectly. Buyer should realize functions operate one at a time. Even body mist nozzles work in groups of 4. Doesnt bother us but could be confusing to some. Seller answered question by phone with knowledge. As a cynical Engineer, in my opinion this is a well built product. Only time will tell about durability or availability of parts, but for now and the money spent, I am pleased and impressed.

Great people to deal with. I called and asked for expedited delivery at the last minute. They made it happen but it was held in customs Canada to USA, go figure. No doubt “sequester crap”. Regardless when it arrived a few days late and I complained the company returned my shipping charges. Class move, you don’t get the online all the time.
The quality of this unit is above both Costco and Home Depot for three-quarters the price. Easy to install in a “new work” or remodel. Just connect your hot and cold water lines mount two brackets and your done.

Purchased this a while back. But it is in a seldom used bathroom. Recently had need to use it more frequently. Found the rain fall and the hand held with the mist selection what I use most.
Started getting a “squeal” from the tower. Noticed it happened when the temperature gauge turned off. But that did not make any sense as it is battery operated. Figured I needed to change the batteries. Opened the compartment and discovered there were no batteries. So, it the squeal could not be coming from temperature gauge.
I wrote to the vendor. I got an answer back within hours. Turns out the temperature gauge is also driven by water itself. They told me sometimes a speck of something jams the flywheel and that causes the squeal. They gave me instructions and options to fix the problem. It was easily cured.
I think I love the company even more than I love the tower.

But in a good way. I love this shower panel. Now, I made a mistake and didn’t read everything, and was shocked when this one I ordered was blue. However, I kept it since it matched the rest of my tile scheme and looks just fine. After reading another review, I did have my contractor install it so that the top jets are at the top of my shoulders, and it still gave me plenty of head room for the shower head. All of the dials and features worked perfectly and felt great on my back and shoulders. My contractor was very impressed with the system and said it was easy to install.
My only complaint (which knocked one star off) is that the system makes a bit of noise when the water moves through it. For most, I am sure this can be easily ignored. For others, it may drive them crazy. I am choosing to ignore it, because my back feels oh-so-good.

We purchased this shower panel and found to be very attractive. However after install , we noticed that there is a piece of paper or insulation left inside , behind temperature display window. It just can not be cleared as it is behind the glass. We called Amazon to get the contact information of supplier but they do not have any contact information. Amazon advice to return the panel. What a shame. We are getting a return labels from Amazon. I wish we could contact supplier and get solution instead of going through return process.

The only reason it doesn’t get 5 stars is because we haven’t had it long. We gutted our bathroom so it basically went into a new install. My husband found it to be amazingly easy to install but he also ran all our plumbing and drain lines. We have good water pressure, everything works as it is supposed to, and changing it from C to F is easy (read directions). Our friends and neighbors are in awe and it’s a show stopper – people seem to like it more than the rock wall and glass mosaic tile we installed.

Overall I am very happy with the product. First of all, the shipping time from the seller I got mine from was very reasonable and I got mine very quickly. I did the installation myself, including the plumbing and it was very easy to do. The water pressure is very good and the item looks great in our new bathroom. The only complaints I have is that you have to use only one feature at a time (like the shower head, or the first four body jets, or the lower four body jets – I would also like to point out that this was disclosed by the seller before I purchased the product) I wished you could use more of the features together. Also,the shower head drips for a while after you turn the water off, and that noise can be a little annoying. I consider these minor items and would purchase the item again if given the option

I love the workings; I only wish there were more color choices. This is true to the advertised photo color – the blue looks like the plastic film that sometimes comes on stainless appliances. It’s a great shower tower and the rainfall is strong enough to truly rinse even my thick hair.

Hello–this product has been great for us. It came as ordered, well insulated against breakage and the installation
was a breeze. Used pex fitting for the hot and cold water, screwed the pressure nuts down snuggly, hooked the tower to
the receiving clips and WALLA our new shower tower was in use. All factets were preplumbed and all work very well.

My favorite shower yet with this product, the jets are amazing there are many options in water stream with this product. My only issue is we forgot to switch the celcius to Fahrenheit before mounting it to the shower wall. I am used to it so I know what temp in cel. Is comfortable for me.

I gave this item one star less because it is virtually impossible to change the battery on the temperature control. There is no easy access. Otherwise a great unit for the price. Have been using for over 5 years and no other problems at all. Good water flow.

I would give this a 5-star, but I can’t figure out how to change the temperature reading from Celsius to Fahrenheit. I love the look and the water jets are great. I also installed this lower so the bathtub faucet would be closer to the bathtub. However, it’s too low for the upper body sprayers to hit your shoulders. If I could do it again, I would install it much higher on the wall.
