Received product with a damaged filter. Contacted seller to get a replacement filter, they agreed but never sent me anything and never responded to several emails and calls both from myself and Amazon. Range hood very noisy and stainless steel duct is very flimsy. Motor is very loud and the lights are extremely weak. Overall the unit looks good but once you turn it on all the glamour dies with it.
