I received my item and I love it. However, it has a few dents on the chimney cover, one that is particularly large and noticeable. Is it possible to receive a replacement chimney cover without replacing the whole thing?

I like this product very much. It looks exactly as it’s shown on Amazon website. The installation is straight forward as shown in the instruction booklet. The powerful fan even at the lowest speed and the stainless steel make it a very attractive range hood.

Unit came nicely packaged and well protected. Build quality seems very nice. Pushbuttons on the front give the unit a nice clean look due to the fact they are pretty flush with the front panel. Fan starts on higher speed and then goes back to the speed you selected after 5-10 seconds which is a nice feature to remove accumulated steam. Nice unit for the price
