Shipping & Orders

You receive free shipping if your order includes at least $200 (before tax) of eligible items. 

The Home Budget Houseware Inc. reserves the right to limit the quantities, of items which you, your family or any group can purchase, to reject, correct, cancel or refuse orders, and to determine accounts in its discretion including, without limitation, if The Home Budget Houseware Inc. believes that customer conduct contravenes applicable law or is harmful to the interests of The Home Budget Houseware Inc. or its representatives, agents, contractors, suppliers or licensees.

The Home Budget Houseware Inc. will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver items as quickly as possible and within any time periods indicated; however, The Home Budget Houseware Inc. will not be responsible for any delays in delivery which are beyond its control. Where delivery is delayed, The Home Budget Houseware Inc.  will notify you as soon as possible.

Any part(s) received damaged during shipping will be replaced free of charge. For damaged item as a result of shipping, we will file a claim for the damaged item and the carrier will schedule an appointment to inspect the item and retrieve it. Purchaser is required to send us a picture(s) of the damaged item and the invoice from us when requesting to file a damaged claim. The damaged claim form must be filed to us within 7 days of receiving the shipment. We will process the warranty request within 3 business days and credits will be issued within 30 days of the original claim. 

We do not ship our products to Alaska and Hawaii 

Warranty

Bid with confidence. All items cover twelve months parts limited warranty. We strongly recommend that all shower products be installed by a licensed plumber. Improper installation by unqualified individuals may result in product malfunctions and void the warranty. Professional installation ensures compliance with local building codes and protects your investment.
 

Return

  • You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
  • Returns for any returns identified by the customer as seller fault, the Seller is responsible for paying return shipping fees.
  • All items returned to us as a change of mind/unwanted item must be shipped back to us at the customer’s expense.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take a few days for the credit to appear, depending on your bank’s policies.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
