Unit was promptly shipped and arrived quickly. Well packaged. Installed easily. Looks very good on wall and works perfectly. Buyer should realize functions operate one at a time. Even body mist nozzles work in groups of 4. Doesnt bother us but could be confusing to some. Seller answered question by phone with knowledge. As a cynical Engineer, in my opinion this is a well built product. Only time will tell about durability or availability of parts, but for now and the money spent, I am pleased and impressed.

Great people to deal with. I called and asked for expedited delivery at the last minute. They made it happen but it was held in customs Canada to USA, go figure. No doubt “sequester crap”. Regardless when it arrived a few days late and I complained the company returned my shipping charges. Class move, you don’t get the online all the time.
The quality of this unit is above both Costco and Home Depot for three-quarters the price. Easy to install in a “new work” or remodel. Just connect your hot and cold water lines mount two brackets and your done.

Have not installed this yet but it was beautifully packaged, arrived on time and the shipper was very responsive when I emailed him requesting installation instructions.
I am totally confident I will be as happy with this device once installed as most all the other reviewers — when I opened the box to ensure there was no shipping damage I was pleased to see that all was as it should be and intact.

Ordered this panel based on other reviews and the price compared to many other panes. Finally got it installed in my bathroom. We did a complete remodel that took almost a year. Installation was simple and easy. Looks great. I converted the temperature display to F from C. Have received many compliments on the look and function. I may get another one for our guest bathroom.

This panel is a joy! I think if you have not done any plumbing or a person with no handyman skill’s it would be best to get a qualified person to install the panel! I installed shutoff valves to my hot and cold pipes with a panel entry behind the shower wall, because I just rebuilt my whole shower. Basic hook up to the panel is quite simple. The instructions are very short and nothing on how to operate the shower itself.

Awesome product. The whole family loves it but a particular surprise was my 9 year old who used to insist he doesn’t need to shower more than once a week (if that much), he now showers daily and sometimes twice a day. Well thought out and very functional. The only enhancement I would add for the next gen unit is music. I wish it came with a Bluetooth speaker so I could stream my music, I mean…. who doesn’t love singing in the shower?!!

I am guessing the phenomenal price I paid is because this is an older model, but it certainly is NOT a pig in a poke! It is definitely one of the better buys I’ve made in my lifetime! I’d been on the lookout for a shower panel, and had only recently had all the necessary resources, including my contractor’s time, to go ahead and order one. This one looked too good to be true, but the majority of the reviews were highly positive, and besides, it was blue – just like the bathroom in which it was to be installed. I expected it to arrive in a matter of weeks – in fact, it arrived in less than a week, in perfect condition. My contractor had it installed in jig time, with only one concern, and that was that the height we set it at was below the gaping hole from the previous showerhead. He found a pearl marble cabochon in some of his odds and ends, and since my tub surround was basically blue marble, it looks very artsy.
I am dealing with mobility issues, so I really needed something with a wand as well as an overhead. This unit has both, plus two sets of sprayers. My water pressure actually seems better than with my old head, and I am thoroughly enjoying the fact that the sprayers and wand all have multiple settings, so I can definitely rinse all of me off, PLUS I can enjoy a nice, reasonably hot pulsing massage of my shoulders and back – mmmmm!

We loved it so much when we got it first. Problems showed up 9 months later. We have a strange noise coming out and a temperature display going dark unexpectedly at the same time. Now main faucet started leaking. Yes, we did contact a seller via Amazon email as there is no direct phone line or email. They emailed us back with some steps how to fix a display but still have the same problem. We had to contact seller again but didn’t hear back yet.
I will update later, if any improvements made.
Update:
We received a replacement and had it installed today. It was a pleasure to work with Blue Ocean customer service as it took just 3 emails to resolve the issues. Our main concern was that we didn’t know company’s location or phone and had to communicate via Amazon. I would think it will be helpful if company provides contact information on their instructions sent with a shower panel. I am still cautious about changing stars as have to watch if we won’t have any issues in a future.

We just remodeled our bathroom and added this shower unit to it. We put in a big Jacuzzi tub and before we hooked this unit up with were temporally using the ruff plumbing which had powerful water flow. Now after installing this unit the water pressure is so much slower cause of the 3/8 th” fittings it has, along with the hoses. You have to use their fittings for this to hook up as far as I know so right there you go from standard 1/2″ plumbing in wall to 3/8th” (their fittings) which causes water pressure to become much weaker.

The quality of unit is very good, SS is shiny. Reason I gave this a 3 star rating is because of the water pressure this unit puts out, or lack there of is more appropriate. To fill up this new American standard Jacuzzi tub is like having a sink fixture hooked up to fill this huge tub. Not so happy about that. Also don’t like not being able to change from Celcious to Fahrenheit on display, but just add 40 to whatever number it reads and you got the correct number for F.

First I must start out by saying I bought this shower panel and I absolutely love it. So much that I bought one for my guest bathroom too – so my houseguests could enjoy the same shower experience. They are reasonably priced and look and feel wonderful.
HOWEVER, ever since it was installed during my bathroom remodel the pipes in the wall clang violently any time water is turned on anywhere in the house. We were worried the pipes would eventually break but we didn’t want to demolish the house again – so we waited a while hoping it would fix itself (LOL) which of course it didn’t. So we wound up having to break through the walls to find the pipes that were clanging and after many holes in the wall and cabinets and A LOT of money to the Plumber to diagnose ($500.00) we found out it was actually the SHOWER PANEL that was causing the problem! OMG! We tested the idea by putting the guest bathroom fixture in the master bath and the problem was solved. I have been trying to find the contact info for this company with absolutely no luck. I responded to comments and questions here where people said they spoke to the manufacturer and asked for their help to find them and no one replied to me (so far). I’m on my own here now and out a lot of money and heartache and now with broken walls – but you are not alone like I am if you are reading this. Hopefully if anyone else has the same problem (and I saw that other people have in the questions section for this product) then know if you are hearing clanging pipes that it is not your pipes – it is a defect in the shower panel. I purchased this shower 2 years ago and have been nothing but please with the purchase. Everyone thinks I paid thousands of dollars for it. For the money you can not beat it, the shower heads are great, top quality product and very good customer service. Contrary to what some of the reviews state, all 8 shower misters work at the same time – not sure why they would not be able to figure out the controls. Buy it you will love it!

Only two complaints:
1. The body jets work top 4 and bottom 4 not all 8 together. (All functions work independently to ensure proper water pressure)
2. Water temp read out is only in Celsius and can’t be changed to Fahrenheit. However the color changes to let you know temp if you don’t know the difference.

This is a preliminary review, but if the install goes smoothly (hiring a professional, so it should), then I will upgrade this to 5 stars. I took it out of the box today and the quality of this thing is amazing. Someone spent a lot of effort to make this look nice. The material appears to be top quality.
My only initial feedback is that the instructions are very limited. For instance, there is no mention of needing to install batteries for the readout, or where to install them. I thought the sensor might have been broken, but then I saw the wires leading down to the bottom of the unit and found the battery drawer.
Also, be careful when unpacking because some of the little rubber feet on the base of the unit might come off. I found one and put it back where it was supposed to go (it just plugs into place).
I will update on Thursday after the install.
Update: a reputable plumber came to the house and was very impressed with this panel (in fact he is going to go on Amazon and look into these for his house). It is not connected yet since to set this up correctly he is going to have to remove some of the tiles and dish soap holder to mount this thing on actual blocks and ensure all the connections are on the outside of the wall and the wall is water tight. This is in case if something ever goes wrong with the panel, it won’t damage the wall. We will then have to get someone to come out and redo the tile around the new connections. Finally, he will return and connect and hang the panel, and caulk around it. Since Thanksgiving is coming up, we will be waiting until the week after to start this project. Upgrading to 5 based on his feedback on what he thought of the panel though.

For a shower that hangs on the wall it is great. Nice square shower head with lost of holes. Good temperature read out control.The four lower midsection shower heads are good, but the water flow out is just average.
For the price, you can’t beat it and the blue color is attractive.

My favorite shower yet with this product, the jets are amazing there are many options in water stream with this product. My only issue is we forgot to switch the celcius to Fahrenheit before mounting it to the shower wall. I am used to it so I know what temp in cel. Is comfortable for me.
