During the manufacturing process, The diverter knob may have been incorrectly aligned with its function during assembly.

Steps to re-align function vs label

    1. Remove the knob and inspect the internal components.

    2. Ensure the yellow tip is pointing up, which will serve as the starting position.

    3. When reinstalling the knob, make sure the knob tip is also pointing up.
