Water temperature is either hot or cold and nothing in between

If only hot or cold water (and no warm or mixed water) is coming out of the unit, it’s most likely that the hoses are connected in reverse. To troubleshoot, please ensure the hose with the red stripe is connected to the hot water pipe, and the hose with the blue stripe is connected to the cold water pipe. In previous cases, some customers connected the hoses incorrectly, which caused the same issue. Please try swapping the hose connections and see if that resolves the problem.

Secondly, when mounting the shower panel, make sure the water hoses are not kinked, as this can restrict water flow. You can try unmounting the shower panel, placing it on a chair, straightening the hoses, and checking if cold water flows properly from the unit.
