the product looks as per the picture and looks very nice, however the mixing of hot and cold water is not good. the pressure also is not great in the jet showers. but overall it gives a very fine look to the bath.

First I must start out by saying I bought this shower panel and I absolutely love it. So much that I bought one for my guest bathroom too – so my houseguests could enjoy the same shower experience. They are reasonably priced and look and feel wonderful.
HOWEVER, ever since it was installed during my bathroom remodel the pipes in the wall clang violently any time water is turned on anywhere in the house. We were worried the pipes would eventually break but we didn’t want to demolish the house again – so we waited a while hoping it would fix itself (LOL) which of course it didn’t. So we wound up having to break through the walls to find the pipes that were clanging and after many holes in the wall and cabinets and A LOT of money to the Plumber to diagnose ($500.00) we found out it was actually the SHOWER PANEL that was causing the problem! OMG! We tested the idea by putting the guest bathroom fixture in the master bath and the problem was solved. I have been trying to find the contact info for this company with absolutely no luck. I responded to comments and questions here where people said they spoke to the manufacturer and asked for their help to find them and no one replied to me (so far). I’m on my own here now and out a lot of money and heartache and now with broken walls – but you are not alone like I am if you are reading this. Hopefully if anyone else has the same problem (and I saw that other people have in the questions section for this product) then know if you are hearing clanging pipes that it is not your pipes – it is a defect in the shower panel. Good luck to all!

We loved it so much when we got it first. Problems showed up 9 months later. We have a strange noise coming out and a temperature display going dark unexpectedly at the same time. Now main faucet started leaking. Yes, we did contact a seller via Amazon email as there is no direct phone line or email. They emailed us back with some steps how to fix a display but still have the same problem. We had to contact seller again but didn’t hear back yet.
I will update later, if any improvements made.
Update:
We received a replacement and had it installed today. It was a pleasure to work with Blue Ocean customer service as it took just 3 emails to resolve the issues. Our main concern was that we didn’t know company’s location or phone and had to communicate via Amazon. I would think it will be helpful if company provides contact information on their instructions sent with a shower panel. I am still cautious about changing stars as have to watch if we won’t have any issues in a future.

This is so easy to install that almost anyone could do it. The 1/2 inch hoses screw onto your 1/2 inch water pipes, the unit gets hung on brackets that are attached to your shower walls and zoom, you have multiple ways to wash away the day. This unit is awesome! We were worried about water pressure in our 103 year old house as our main floor shower is challenged. It turns out that our city water pipes are likely the culprit due to sand and excessive minerals in the water supply. We decided to install a whole house two part water filtration system before running water through the shower panel and potentially clogging the jets. (I highly recommend this unless you are sure your water is grit free). The result has been that all the functions of the shower panel work flawlessly.
There is even a digital gauge (in centigrade), that tells when the water is at the perfect temperature, which for us is between 34 and 35 degrees centigrade. 2 AA batteries go in a panel at the bottom of the unit. The panel goes from blue to red as the water gets to the right temp. A dial allows you to switch between tub fill, hand held shower head (with additional mist, pulse, faucet, rain dial in the head), large overhead adjustable rain head, 4 lower back jets, 4 upper back jets. Narrow profile about 4 1/2 inches for all fittings except the tub fill which is about 6 inches from the wall. This fit our small corner shower perfectly. Very enjoyable way to start or end the day.

Beautiful and stylish, yet very practical. All jets, rain shower and handheld shower work, no leaks. The panel came well packed, no scratches. You will need to install 2 AA batteries on the bottom, install handing brackets on the wall, connect flexible tubes to your source of hot and cold water, hang on shower panel and enjoy!
Warning: if you have a traditional three piece shower system on your wall (shower head sticking from the wall, water mixer/turn handle and a spout), you will need to do some plumbing for this or similar panels. If you have only two tubes coming from the wall (hot and cold water sources), you are OK and installation will be a breeze.
To answer common question for switching display from C to F: it is possible, just look in Q&A section.

The minus one star is for the handheld shower head – it rattles, it has miniature cracks and the first panel we’ve got we had to return due to the leaky shower head’s handle. The replacement had the same rattling sound, same mini cracks on the plastic surrounding sockets, but at least the handle did not leaked. It is strange to have such well made panel with such crappy made plastic handheld shower head… One more unclear issue is the spare parts without description in the manual, such as round plastic grey part, which, as we understood, might be used to turn panel 8 horizontal spray nozzles, and rubber washers, one of which is with metal net, but no indication where to insert it upon panel installation. Some instructions would be helpful.

Purchased this a while back. But it is in a seldom used bathroom. Recently had need to use it more frequently. Found the rain fall and the hand held with the mist selection what I use most.
Started getting a “squeal” from the tower. Noticed it happened when the temperature gauge turned off. But that did not make any sense as it is battery operated. Figured I needed to change the batteries. Opened the compartment and discovered there were no batteries. So, it the squeal could not be coming from temperature gauge.
I wrote to the vendor. I got an answer back within hours. Turns out the temperature gauge is also driven by water itself. They told me sometimes a speck of something jams the flywheel and that causes the squeal. They gave me instructions and options to fix the problem. It was easily cured.
I think I love the company even more than I love the tower.

After reading another review, I did have my contractor install it so that the top jets are at the top of my shoulders, and it still gave me plenty of head room for the shower head. All of the dials and features worked perfectly and felt great on my back and shoulders. My contractor was very impressed with the system and said it was easy to install.
My only complaint (which knocked one star off) is that the system makes a bit of noise when the water moves through it. For most, I am sure this can be easily ignored. For others, it may drive them crazy. I am choosing to ignore it, because my back feels oh-so-good.

I also installed this lower so the bathtub faucet would be closer to the bathtub. However, it’s too low for the upper body sprayers to hit your shoulders. My husband found it to be amazingly easy to install but he also ran all our plumbing and drain lines. I love the workings; I only wish there were more color choices. This is true to the advertised photo color – the blue looks like the plastic film that sometimes comes on stainless appliances. It’s a great shower tower and the rainfall is strong enough to truly rinse even my thick hair.
